Rain and flooding are expected across most parts of the Maldives on Sunday, according to the Maldives Meteorological Service (MET Office). The MET Office said scattered showers and a few thunderstorms are likely over northern and central atolls until 18:00 on Sunday, while isolated showers are expected in southern atolls. South and southwesterly winds are forecast at 5 - 15 mph
