Police have launched an investigation after a student assaulted a female teacher at GDh. Atoll Education Centre on Sunday. According to police, the incident, involving an Indian female teacher, was reported at 11:46am. The teacher first received treatment at the island’s health centre before being transferred to Dr. Abdul Samad Memorial Hospital in Thinadhoo for further care. Authorities have not disclosed details
