Ex-deputy minister Nizam appointed to STELCO board

Ahmed Nizam, former Deputy Minister at the Youth Ministry, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the State Electric Company (STELCO). Nizam, who previously served as a Deputy Minister under the current administration, was appointed to the STELCO board on Sunday. His professional career includes distinguished service with the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) Coast Guard from 2004 to 2012.
