Noonu atoll drug bust: 8 locations searched, 2 arrested

Eight properties and a catamaran were searched on Tuesday, leading to the arrest of two individuals suspected of drug-related offenses. The arrested individuals are two young men from Velidhoo, Noonu Atoll, aged 30 and 29. Both face charges of drug possession, trafficking, and use. This operation was a collaborative effort between the Drug Enforcement, Counter Narcotics Intelligence, and the Noonu Atoll Police.
