Maldives Police Service says they have sent 3,600 caution notices for driving violations on Sinamale’ Bridge, starting from October 15th to date. Police began sending caution notices through text messages to the phone number of the registered owner of the vehicle on October 11th. Over a month into the initiative, Police state a total of 3,600 caution notices have been sent so
