Political director arrested during drug raid sacked

A political appointee in the incumbent administration arrested during raids carried out in Male’ and Gaafu Alifu Atoll under ‘Operation Alimagu’, following the expansion of the nationwide counter-narcotics operation targeting major drug traffickers to Gaafu Alifu Atoll, has been dismissed from his post.
