Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Mohamed Dawood has been removed from his post as Head of Hulhumale' Police following serious corruption allegations. The move comes after Deputy Speaker Ahmed Nazim, chairing a parliamentary sub-committee reviewing audit reports of the police housing project “Blue Housing,” accused Dawood of acquiring assets worth MVR 14.6 million through unexplained funds deposited into his personal account
