Brunei, Hungary, ISDB scholarships announced

The Ministry of Higher Education has opened applications for a wide range of foreign scholarship opportunities funded by international governments and agencies. The ministry published and gazetted the announcements on Tuesday and Wednesday. Among the opportunities now open are scholarships offered by the Government of Brunei.
