Kulhudhuffushi Port Limited (KPL) spent MVR 13.3 million on salaries alone last year, as it incurred MVR 12.3 million in losses. The KPL’s 2025 report released by the Auditor General’s Office shows the company generated MVR 11.99 million in revenue from the Kulhudhuffushi Regional Port, along with an additional MVR 1.52 million in rent and other income. The heaviest spending by KPL
