Stone Hotels Maldives to develop tourist hotel in Manadhoo

Tourism Ministry has signed an agreement with Stone Hotels Maldives Pvt. Ltd. to develop a tourist hotel in Manadhoo, an inhabited island in N. Atoll. 

The lease agreement for the plot of land from Manadhoo on where the hotel will be built was signed by Tourism Ministry’s Permanent Secretary Fathimath Nilfa and Stone Hotels Maldives’ Director Abbas Mohamed on Wednesday. 

The signing of the agreement was witnessed by Tourism Minister Dr. Abdulla Mausoom and Manadhoo MP Ahmed Haroon.

According to Tourism Ministry, the hotel will be developed in a 132,000 square feel land plot. 

The hotel will have 50 rooms, and is expected to be open by mid 2024.
