China-funded hospital, road works next year

Physical construction work on the China-Maldives Friendship Hospital and the Malé-Vilimalé Road Redevelopment Project is expected to commence late this year or early next year under full grant assistance from the Chinese government, the Chinese Ambassador to the Maldives has announced. The Ambassador made these remarks during a special reception held to celebrate the 77th National Day of the People’s Republic
