3 arrested for violence against teen in Lhaimagu

Police have arrested three suspects, after a teenage boy was held captive and beaten in Sh. Lhaimagu. 

Police identified the suspects arrested in the case as a 31-year-old male and two 26-year-old males. 

They were arrested on Tuesday. 

Gender Ministry has identified the victim as a 17-year-old boy. The case was reported to the authority on Monday night. 

Gender Ministry states the victim is being provided necessary social support by Family and Child Protection Service.
