A minor has been arrested following a disturbance involving multiple youths at a Hiyaa tower in Phase II, Hulhumale', police confirmed on Monday evening. The incident occurred at Tower 9 of the Hiyaa housing complex, where three minors reportedly threatened each other and caused a public disturbance. Police said a 16-year-old boy was taken into custody in connection with the case. A
