Man appeals 15-year sentence for abuse of stepdaughter

A man convicted of sexually assaulting his 16-year-old stepdaughter while under quarantine during the Covid-19 pandemic has appealed his sentence with the Supreme Court. The man in question was sentenced to 15 years in prison after he was found guilty of repeatedly assaulting the young girl in December 2020. The sentence was upheld upon appeal by the High Court. The man, who
