Medianet has announced in a news statement that customers may find some difficulties in getting its services.
The statement read that due to an interference issue that's affecting its downlink signal, some customers may face difficulties in viewing some channels. The company further stated that it is working on finding out what was causing the interference and solving the issue as soon as possible.
