Fenaka Corporation has issued a statement denying allegations of mass illegal suspension of its employees.

In a statement this Sunday, Fenaka Corporation expressed concern over the dissemination of the allegation by the press and other mediums.

The corporation said the allegations were misleading, and that any suspension was a result of proven negligence in service and duties, and misuse of the corporation’s resources resulting in damage to the corporation.

The corporation said the disciplinary action was taken in accordance with the corporation’s policies and regulations.

“We assure the Maldivian public that this corporation is committed to ensuring job security of this corporation’s employees and upholding the integrity of this corporation’s employees,” wrote Fenaka Corporation in its statement.
