Autopay, your way: Ooredoo App now lets you choose your payment date

Ooredoo Maldives has enhanced the Autopay feature on the Ooredoo App, enabling customers to automatically pay their bills, recharge prepaid connections, or purchase add-ons on a payment date of their choice.

The enhanced feature is aimed at providing greater convenience by allowing customers to select a preferred payment date and securely automate recurring transactions. Whether customers choose to schedule payments around their salary date, monthly budget, or another preferred time, Autopay automatically processes transactions without requiring manual payments.

Through Autopay, customers can securely save their payment card details and schedule recurring transactions within the Ooredoo App. Once the feature is activated, payments are processed automatically on the selected date, helping customers avoid missed payments while ensuring uninterrupted access to Ooredoo services.

The feature supports a range of recurring payment options, including monthly bill payments, prepaid recharges, and add-on purchases. Customers can manage and update these settings directly through the Ooredoo App.

According to Ooredoo Maldives, setting up Autopay is straightforward. Customers can save their preferred payment card during any transaction, access the Autopay section through the More menu in the Ooredoo App, select the service they wish to automate, and choose their preferred payment date.

The enhancement forms part of Ooredoo Maldives' ongoing efforts to expand its digital services and provide customers with greater convenience, flexibility, and control over their connectivity.

Customers can activate the Autopay feature through the Ooredoo App. More information is available through Ooredoo Maldives' virtual assistant, Evee.
