Ooredoo offers SuperNet connection within 24 hours for residents of new FDC flats

Ooredoo on Tuesday announced that it will connect SuperNet service to the newly developed Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) flats within a day of the request.

Ooredoo said the one-day SuperNet connection will allow families to get internet access quickly from the moment they move into their new homes.

Noting that the internet has become an essential part of daily life, Ooredoo said it is working to ensure easy access to connectivity for residents settling into the new flats. Once the SuperNet application is submitted, customers will receive their connection within a day, enabling them to get online quickly for work, education, entertainment, communication and other digital needs.

Ooredoo said SuperNet offers the speed and reliability required to attend online meetings and classes, play games, use smart home devices and stay connected with family and friends.

In addition to the one-day connection, customers will also receive a free telephone with no monthly telephone fee, along with 1,000 free minutes for every new SuperNet connection.

Ooredoo said customers can choose from a range of SuperNet packages based on their household requirements, adding that the company remains committed to delivering quality service.
