Thalassemia Center adds Friday operations

The Thalassemia Center will now remain open every Friday, marking the first time in its 31‑year history that the facility is providing services on a Friday. In a post on X, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu said the center began Friday operations on 20 February 2026, noting that the center had never offered services on a Friday since it opened on 29
