BML’s AGM slated for May 29

Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced plans to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on May 29.

According to a statement released Sunday, the AGM will begin at 08:30 pm on May 29, at the Islamic Center in Male’.

At the AGM, shareholders will approve the bank’s 2022 financial statements, audit report, and dividend.

Shareholders registered by May 21 are eligible to join the AGM.

Shareholders who wish to send proxies must submit the proxy form and inform the bank 48 hours prior to the AGM.

BML’s board has passed a dividend of MVR 40 per share. The figure will need final approval from shareholders at the AGM.
