Suspect wanted in connection to threat against Maafannu police

Police are looking for a suspect who barged into the Maafannu Police Station and threatened an officer there.

The suspect is identified by police as Mohamed Azhan Ismail, 31, Hulhumale’ Plot No. 11399, K. Male’.

Police have asked for anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Serious and Organized Crime Department at 9911099.

Police took the opportunity to thank the public for their support in such matters.
