Power outage possible in Male’, Hulhumale' on Friday

State Electric Company (STELCO) has warned of possible power outages in Male’ City and Hulhumale’ on Friday morning. 

STELCO said in a statement that the company was scheduled to conduct maintenance work on the Greater Male’ Interconnection Grid on Friday. 

“Power outages are possible in Male’ and Hulhumale’ between 06:00-6:30 tomorrow morning as we conduct this work,” said the company. 

STELCO has apologized in advance for the inconvenience it may cause customers.
