Two men arrested after abusing an intoxicated child

Two people have been arrested after they were caught molesting a child who had been intoxicated.

The incident happened in a southern atoll and the child was first intoxicated with drugs by the men before they abused the child. The incident was reported to police around 1:45 last night. 

Police informed that the child was 16 years of age. The men arrested were aged 33 and 44. Police stated that they were investigating the matter.
