Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has announced that its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday.
According to MIB, the AGM will be held at 01:30 pm Monday via “FahiVote”, the online general meetings platform developed by Maldives Securities Depository.
Shareholders listed in the bank’s share registry as of the book closure date on May 3 will be eligible to participate and vote at the AGM.
Shareholders who wish to attend the AGM are required to pre-register. Registration forms can be submitted via the Infinity Portal or by emailing to [email protected].
Registration and proxy registration will remain open until 02:00 pm Saturday.
During the AGM, MIB is set to propose a dividend of MVR 4.58 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
Key agenda items include the approval of the directors’ report and audited financial statements for last year, approval of the proposed final dividend, appointment of the external auditor for this year, and proposed revisions to the remuneration package of the MIB’s board of directors.
