BML: Card misuse may lead to revoked limits

The Bank of Maldives (BML) has warned that foreign transaction limits on debit cards may be revoked for individuals found to be misusing the service.   The bank said it increased the limit for using Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) accounts' debit cards abroad from November 11, to better meet customers’ essential needs. The change sets a monthly limit of USD 1,000 for transactions
