Man falls from high‑rise onto adjacent roof in Male' city; investigation underway

A 30‑year‑old Bangladeshi man was injured after falling from the 10th floor of a building in Male' City onto the roof of a neighbouring house.

Police said they received a report at 6:20pm on Thursday that a person had fallen from a residence in the Maafannu ward. The man was taken to IGMH for treatment.

Authorities have not disclosed further details about his condition.

Police said they are investigating the incident.
