A program at The Wellness Club: The Wellness Club has introduced program for pilgrims to prepare for Umrah and Hajj.
The Wellness Club, managed by Heat Health and Fitness, has expanded its offering with the launch of a special Strength, Conditioning, and Wellness Program designed for individuals preparing for Umrah and Hajj pilgrimage.
The Wellness Club is marking three years of growth, community engagement, and commitment to holistic health, with what began as a vision to promote overall wellbeing evolving into a community-focused organisation supporting physical, mental, and lifestyle health.
Over the last three years, The Wellness Club has broadened its range of services by introducing targeted programs for athletes, families, and the broader community. A major achievement during this period was the establishment of the Sports Rehabilitation, Strength, and Conditioning program in partnership with the ADK Physio Department, providing structured support for athletes recovering from injuries and returning safely to sport.
These rehabilitation and conditioning services were also made available to the general public, assisting individuals in improving mobility, overcoming physical limitations, and embracing more active, healthy lifestyles.
To address the growing incidence of non-communicable diseases, the club launched an NCD Prevention and Intervention Program that integrates guided exercise with lifestyle education for individuals managing conditions such as diabetes and high cholesterol.
The club also strengthened its youth and community offerings. The YoungStars program was introduced for children aged 8 to 14, delivering supervised training that promotes fitness, confidence, and healthy movement habits. Women’s health initiatives were expanded through the WellWomen program, including a dedicated Pre-Menopause and Menopause Program to support women through hormonal and physical transitions. In addition, a Special Elderly Class for adults aged 60 and above was introduced to enhance strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
In 2026, The Wellness Club continued its growth with the introduction of a specialized Strength, Conditioning, and Wellness Program for individuals preparing for Umrah and Hajj pilgrimage. This program focuses on building endurance, mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing to help participants meet the physical demands of their spiritual journey.
Through these initiatives, The Wellness Club remains committed to expanding access to structured, community-centered health programs for individuals across all age groups.
