The latest seizure comes after the Customs intercepted 1.2 kilos of cannabis earlier in December.
It comes with amendments to the Drug Act set to take effect next year, introducing the death penalty for drug trafficking.
The amendments prescribe the death penalty for trafficking more than 350 grams of cannabis, more than 250 grams of diamorphine (heroin), and more than 100 grams of other Schedule 1 drugs.
