NSPA disburses MVR 54m in February

The National Social Protection Agency (NSPA) disbursed MVR 54 million in financial assistance to people with disabilities in February, according to the agency’s latest monthly statistics. NSPA said there are 15,280 individuals currently on the national disability register, including 62 new registrations recorded in February. A total of 14,993 people received disability allowance during the month, a slight increase from 14,975 recipients
