New fisheries grant scheme launched

The ‘Aaruveri Matching Grant’ scheme has been officially launched. The scheme, introduced under the World Bank-funded TRANSFORM Project, was inaugurated by Fisheries Minister Ahmed Shiyam during a special ceremony held on Thursday.
