Sri Lanka mission cleans 585 kg waste

Sri Lanka’s High Commission has collected 585 kilograms of garbage in a clean-up drive held to mark International Beaches Day. A total of 320 kilograms of general waste and 265 kilograms of plastic waste were collected during the event, which took place at Fannu Beach behind Dhiraagu in Hulhumale' at 7:15 am on Tuesday.
