Applications are set to open on May 20 for national literature competitions, including essay, poetry, and short story writing contests. The announcement was made by Heritage Minister Heena Waleed during a press briefing on Sunday. Speaking to reporters, Heena noted that the Dhivehi Bahuge Academy conducts important activities each year to promote literature. She said that applications for national literature competitions will open
