Dhuvaafaru lad reported dead while snorkeling

A young man from R. Dhuvaafaru died while snorkeling on Tuesday afternoon. The deceased has been identified as 30-year-old Mohamed Shaffan, of Lilymaage, R. Dhuvaafaru, police told Sun.
