Boat involved in hit-and-run still at large

Maldives Police Service states the boat involved in a serious maritime collision near the official jetty in Malé on Friday night that fled the scene without stopping still remains at-large, five days after the incident.  According to Marine Police, the collision took place at approximately 21:10pm on Friday night.  Authorities received a report at 21:16pm informing that a speedboat identified as ‘Legion
