Driver caught with liquor after crash

A man who fled after hitting a parked car in Hulhumale' was arrested on Monday evening, and police later found bottles of liquor in his vehicle. Police said the incident occurred around 7:10pm, Hulhumale' Phase II, when a moving vehicle collided with a car parked on Berebedhimaa Hingun.
