Police seek public’s help in IDing suspected fraudster

Police have made a public appeal seeking assistance in identifying a man suspected of involvement in a fraud case.

According to police, the man is wanted for questioning in an ongoing fraud investigation by the Cybercrime Department.

They released CCTV footage of the suspect on Thursday, asking for help in identifying and locating him.

The video, taken from a CCTV camera inside an ATM center, shows a wavy-haired man wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans pacing around with a phone to his ear, as people use ATMs.

The police said they had been unable to identify the man, and asked for anyone with information regarding the suspect to contact the Cybercrime Department at 9136262 or the police hotline at 3322112.

The police took the opportunity to thank the public for their assistance in such matters.
