MNU to hold a health fair tomorrow

Maldives National University (MNU) is scheduled to hold a health fair on Friday, in collaboration with World Health Organization.

According to MNU, the health fair, titled ‘Fahi Sihhath’, will be held at Artificial Beach. The event was organized to commemorate World Health Day.

The theme for this year’s World Health Day is ‘Healthy beginnings, hopeful futures’, which focuses on maternal and newborn health, aiming to end preventable maternal and newborn deaths and prioritize women's long-term health.

MNU said information related to the theme will be shared with attendees over the course of the event.

The event will be held in two sessions: from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and from 20:00pm to 22:00pm. It will see the participation of numerous health organizations and educational institutions. They include:
