Teen girl announced missing a second a time found safe

The 14-year-old girl who was reported missing from Male’ City was found safe last night.

Police, on Wednesday, announced a search for 14-year-old Khadheeja Yalvy from M. Enboomaage’aage after her family reported her missing.

According to the Police, Khadheeja was last seen on June 14^th.

Police, on Thursday, confirmed Khadheeja was located from Male’ City last night, adding she was in good health.

No further details regarding Khadheeja nor how she was located were disclosed by the Police.

Notably, Khadheeja was reported missing earlier this year, on February 11^th. Police made an announcement on February 16^th seeking public assistance to locate Khadheeja. Shortly after the announcement, she returned home by herself.

Although missing cases of teenagers are reported occasionally, they usually turn up in good health almost immediately after their missing reports have been publicized.
