Missing Maldivian pilgrim found safe

Maldivian pilgrim embarking on Umrah pilgrimage through Thaabith Hajj and Umrah Group, Fathimath Waheeda, Noovilaage, HA. Hoarafushi, who was reported missing late last night has been found safe.

A member of Thaabith Hajj and Umrah Group confirmed to Sun that the pilgrim was in good health when located.

Waheeda went missing while she was out for Thahajjud prayer late Thursday night along with her family. Family members were holding onto her phone, identification and her bag when she went missing. 

Maldivian pilgrims in Saudi Arabia for Umrah or Hajj have previously gone missing as well.
