The application was developed and introduced due to COVID-19, and approved by the Saudi Arabian Health Ministry. The application is used to check health conditions, contact tracing and is used officially in Saudi Arabia.

The application is used for movement within Saudi Arabia and to confirm the health condition of the individual user.

Users who are not on the application by August 2021, will be restricted from movement in public places in Saudi Arabia. The application is open for use in 74 nations, including the Maldives.
