1 arrested in connection with violence in Addu City

 A man has been arrested in connection with a violent altercation between two groups in Addu City last Sunday. 

Police said that a 25-year old man was arrested yesterday evening in connection with the incident. The violence on Sunday left a man seriously injured with deep wounds. 

The injured man is now in a stable condition, according to the Addu Equatorial Hospital. Photos obtained by Sun of the injured man showed deep serious wounds. One photo showed that the individual was missing a part of his palm.
