ADK hospital temporarily suspends visiting hours as a precaution

Due to the identified Covid-19 cases in the Maldives, visiting hours to patients admitted at the ICU, CCU, and HDU of ADK hospital has been suspended.

ADK made the announcement in a statement today. Limitations are also imposed on patients in private wards and rooms. ADK advised for just one person to remain with the patient to provide assistance.

This was a precautionary measure taken by the hospital which requested people to refrain from visiting patients.

ADK’s move follows IGMH which also suspended visiting hours yesterday.

Four cases of the Covid-19 disease has been identified in the country.
