Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment has promised to make a formal request to the relevant authorities to open the parking space in front of his residence to the public.
@AhmedMahloof This is a very bad thing to do. Parking in this area is already bad enough. Do you even need the car to be parked right infront of your apartment? pic.twitter.com/c5dKDj1ynA

A member of the public tweeted a picture of the private parking space last Sunday night and asked Minister Ahmed Mahloof directly whether he needed a designated parking space, and appealed to the minister to consider the parking situation of the already highly congested road.
Mahloof responded to the tweet and promised to make a formal request to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development to open the parking space to the public.
I will formally ask from the Housing Ministry to relocate the parking area allocated for me and open this space for the public. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. https://t.co/EP5OeeoCRK
