Man injured in traffic collision being treated at IGMH

A local man who was injured in a traffic collision in Male' City today is being treated at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH). 

The incident took place around 3:24 p.m. when a van and a motorcycle collided on Boduthakarufaanu Magu near Vadhu Foshi. 

Maldives Police Service confirmed that they have responded to a traffic collision. 

A witness to the collision told Sun Media that the injured man sustained major injuries and was still unconcious when he was taken to the hospital. 

Sources say that the injured man is in serious condition. 

Police is investigation further.
