The three leaders met on Friday night and agreed to cooperate. Following the meeting, a joint committee was formed on behalf of the three presidents.
The six‑member committee consists of:

Yameen represented by PNF Secretary General and former Technology Minister Mohamed Maleeh Jamal, and financial expert Ismail Zariyand
Former Deputy Speaker Ahmed Saleem and former MDP Parliamentary Group Leader Mohamed Rasheed Hussain
Speaking to reporters after the committee’s meeting on Monday, Fayyaz said the committee would arrange for journalists to receive daily updates on its work.
He said there is strong public hope that the three leaders will be able to work effectively together given the current direction of the Maldives.
