EC warns parties over protest conduct

The Elections Commission (EC) has asked the opposition PNF and MDP not to criticise the private lives of party leaders and members during their ongoing protests. In letters sent on Tuesday, the EC noted that the PNF has been protesting in Male' following the government’s defeat in the April 4 elections, while the MDP is also holding a series of demonstrations.
