Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has officially opened a new ATM center in Male’ City.
Located at the MSL building in Orchid Magu, MIB states that the new ATM center marks a strategic expansion of its presence in the populous Maldivian capital.
The ATM center was inaugurated by MIB’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Ahmed Riza.
Surrounded by major office blocks, the location for the new ATM center offers added convenience for MIB customers working in nearby offices, enabling quicker and more efficient access to essential banking services. Its proximity to the jetty also makes it easily accessible for tourists, further enhancing its value for visitors arriving in the area.
According to the MIB, the new ATM center supports both USD and MVR withdrawal services, catering to the needs of the local community while also providing greater convenience for international visitors.
The MIB expects the ATM center to significantly improve financial accessibility, allowing customers to manage their finances and conduct transactions with greater ease, while also ensuring a seamless experience for tourists, who can conveniently withdraw USD during their stay.
MIB states that the initiative reflects the bank’s continued commitment to expand its reach, strengthening financial services across the Male’ region, and supporting both business activity and tourism.
