The 6th National HR Convention and Expo 2026 is set to kick off in the Maldivian capital in April, featuring an exceptional lineup of global thought leaders, international experts, and leading local voices.
Hosted by Maldives Association of HR Professionals (MAHRP), the two-day convention will take place from April 11-12 at the Maldives National University (MNU) Central Auditorium in Male’ City.
The main theme for this year’s convention is “Human Edge: Thriving in a World of AI”, focusing on human-centric leadership in a digital world, regenerative HR for the future of work, discovering human potential in the age of AI, and how organizations can thrive by leveraging the “human edge.”
