Beneath the surface, across our villu, falhu, and kandu, marine ecosystems thrive through balance and mutual dependence. In the same way, our lives, livelihoods, and future are inseparably intertwined with the sea.

Dhiraagu’s new calendar showcases stunning underwater visuals that celebrate the beauty of the Maldives’ marine world. Each month is dedicated to marine species, highlighting their interconnected and symbiotic relationship. These partnerships are built on mutual nourishment, protection, and shared habitats, serving as a reminder that marine life thrives through connection, much like the deeply interdependent relationship between people and the ocean.
Dhiraagu considers itself the nation’s digital backbone and represents connection, just as the ocean stands as the Maldives’ strongest symbol of interconnectedness.
Dhiraagu believes that the intricate marine ecosystem, where vilu, falhu, and kandu form a living network that sustains life across the islands, mirrors how their own network connects people, communities, and opportunities nationwide.
