Dhiraagu has opened registrations for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) and Rocket League qualifiers of the Dhiraagu Maldives Gaming Conquest (DMGC) 2026, the largest gaming event held in the Maldives.
Organized by Dhiraagu Gamers Guild (DGG), the DMGC is the biggest stage for competitive esports in the Maldives, bringing together the country’s gaming community for an action-packed tournament.
Following the success of last year’s tournament, which attracted more than 1,500 players from across the country, DMGC 2026 is all set to take things to the next level with a massive MVR 150,000 prize pool.
This year, DMGC will bring together players across mobile, PC and console platforms, with competitions in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, PUBG Mobile, Rocket League, FC26 and Tekken 8. Players will compete through qualifiers for prize money and the opportunity to advance to the DMGC 2026 Main Event.
Registration for the MLBB Qualifier is open until 11:59 pm on August 13.
Teams will compete for a total prize pool of MVR 10,000, with MVR 5,000 awarded to the Champion, MVR 3,000 to the Runner-up and MVR 2,000 to the Second Runner-up.
Registration for the Rocket League Qualifier is open from until 11:59 pm on August 17.
The competition will be played in a 3v3 format, with the top 16 teams qualifying for the DMGC 2026 Main Event. A total prize pool of MVR 5,000 will be awarded, with MVR 2,500 for the Champion, MVR 1,500 for the Runner-up and MVR 1,000 for the Second Runner-up.
Registration for the PUBG Mobile Qualifier will open on August 19, with further details to be announced soon.
Registration for both qualifiers is completely free and available through dgg.mv, giving gaming teams from across the Maldives the opportunity to compete on one of the country’s biggest esports stages.
Dhiraagu states that this tournament highlights its continued commitment to advancing esports in the Maldives and reinforces DGG’s leadership in building a strong and inclusive digital entertainment community.
